Sarah Beth Aubrey

As the leading advisor and coach to global ag brands, Sarah Beth Aubrey is the CEO and Founder of Elevate Ag, LLC, one of the only women-founded and owned agricultural consultancies in the world.
Sarah Beth Aubrey is the CEO of the woman-owned consultancy, Elevate Ag, a recognized leader in building coalitions and customer engagement strategies in agriculture and food systems. Her multi-million-dollar company offers four divisions: training and coaching, ag coalition building, customer engagement strategy, and most recently, the addition of IN-CLIMATE, the growing network of companies in agriculture, food, and energy focused on building a productive, practical dialog around climate. Often the first to help propel her industry to address critical topics, with the founding of IN-CLIMATE, Sarah Beth leads her members through sustainability strategy planning, benchmarking producer data about climate change, and convening often divergent partners in the supply chain for education and fostering strategic partnerships.
A sought-after keynote speaker and facilitator, Sarah Beth has been named 40 Under 40 leader to watch in agriculture–twice. She has been featured on Forbes.com, the Indianapolis Business Journal, Top Producer, and her syndicated column, Farm CEO Coach, which has circulation in 10 countries. Clients call Sarah Beth’s work, ‘transformative’ and ‘always ahead of the curve’ and work with her to build powerful peer advisory networks that bridge the communication gap between agricultural producers and their supply partners and develop rich relationships in a complex high volume, low margin business. SBA works with major ag brands including these global fortune 100 and 500 names: Bayer Crop Science, Corteva, Syngenta, Ag Reliant, Valent, Nutrien, Farm Journal, Rabo Agrifinance, Farm Credit Services of MidAmerica, the American Feed Industry Association, NTCA The Rural Broadband Association, and American Farm Bureau Federation.
As the founder and CEO of Prosperity Ag and Energy Resources, a grant-writing firm sold in 2015 to investors, Sarah Beth’s team authored nearly 1,000 grants from 2007 to 2015, resulting in more than $100 million in funding for U.S. farmers, ranchers, and small agribusinesses.
Sarah Beth holds a B.S from the University of Illinois and an M.S. from Purdue University.
