Monrovia, IN- Sarah Beth Aubrey, Founder/Principal of leadership and management consulting firm, Aubrey Coaching & Training (ACT), announces the selection of Ms. Kira Jensen, of Wisconsin, as summer intern. “Kira is a truly fantastic addition to my practice and I couldn’t be happier that she is joining me. I look forward to her new perspectives and introducing her to my clients,” Aubrey shared.
Jensen will be full time for ACT and graduates in May from the University of Wisconsin River Falls with a B.S. in Agricultural Business with emphasis in marketing communications. She has a strong interest in the agriculture industry having grown up in Central Wisconsin on a small cow/calf operation, a lifestyle that has influenced her passion for ag. Some of her industry experience includes hosting and planning clinics and educational opportunities for 4-H and FFA members, crop scouting, and livestock production management. She has previously worked in customer service and marketing communications including during her last internship where she wrote and designed communications for a five-location cooperative, worked closely with designers on graphics and promotions, researched new target markets, represented the organization at farm shows, and assisted in sponsorship activities. She also pinpointed issues in customer service and assisted sales professionals in crafting new strategies to improve customer engagement.
